Routine Information Collection
Our web servers collect basic information about visitors, including IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and referring pages. This information is used for routine administration and maintenance purposes and cannot personally identify specific visitors.
Cookies and Web Beacons
This website uses cookies to store information about visitors’ preferences and history to provide better service and customized content. Advertising partners and third parties may also use cookies, scripts, and web beacons to track visitors and display relevant advertisements and information. This tracking is managed directly by these third parties and is subject to their privacy policies.
Controlling Your Privacy
You can adjust your browser settings to disable cookies if you have privacy concerns. Disabling cookies entirely is not recommended as it may affect your use of some websites. The best approach is to manage cookies on a per-site basis. Refer to your browser documentation for instructions on how to block cookies and other tracking mechanisms.

Privacy Practices
We do not sell personal information. We use cookies and other tracking technologies to analyze website traffic and facilitate advertising. To learn how to opt-out of our (and our third-party advertising partners’) use of cookies and tracking technologies, review the instructions in the Online Tracking Opt-out Guide.
By using our services, such as opening an account or initiating an application for services, you direct us to disclose your information to companies that provide those services.
We may also disclose personal information to comply with laws, investigations, subpoenas, or law enforcement, to cooperate with authorities, in business transactions, or to professional advisors such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers.

Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Privacy Rights
The CCPA grants individuals the following rights:
- Information: Request details on how we have collected, used, and shared your personal information over the past 12 months.
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we maintain about you.
- Deletion: Request the deletion of personal information we have collected or maintain about you.
The CCPA limits these rights, such as prohibiting us from providing certain sensitive information in response to an access request and limiting the circumstances in which we must comply with a deletion request. We will respond to requests based on our ability to associate the information we maintain with the identifying details you provide. If we deny your request, we will communicate our decision to you. You have the right to exercise these rights free from discrimination.
How to Submit a Request
To request access to or deletion of personal information, contact us at hello@seguros-aseguranza.com.
Identity Verification
The CCPA requires us to verify the identity of the individual submitting a request before responding substantively. We will ask you to verify your identity when you submit a request.
Authorized Agents
California residents can empower an “authorized agent” to submit requests on their behalf. We will require the authorized agent to provide written authorization confirming their authority.
